ZK004 Christ Pantocrator (approx. dimensions: 8 1/4" x 11")

"Let us stand aright;
let us stand with fear;
let us attend, that we
may offer the Holy Oblation in peace."

ZK005 St. Eleousa (approx. dimensions: 4 5/7" x 5 1/2")

"Known in Greek as Eleousa and in Slavonic as Oumilenie, this icon is also called the Virgin of Tenderness or of Mercy. The relationship between Mother and Child is expressed with stunning force: taking refuge in her, He touches her chin with one hand and presses his cheek against hers. Her pensive, sorrowful eyes foresee his Passion and she embraces him with affectionate, maternal protection. The three golden stars which adorn her mantle, one above the forehead and one on each shoulder, signify her virginity before, during, and after giving birth."

ZK005A St. Eleousa with Child (approx. dimensions: 4 5/7" x 5 1/2")

ZK006 Christ Pantocrator (approx. dimensions: 9 5/6" x 11 4/5")

"This icon of Christ is the Pantocrator which means ruler or judge over all."

ZK007 Altar Cross - Birth of Christ (approx. dimensions: 5 1/2" x 8 2/3")

"Today the Virgin gives birth

To the Transcendent One,

And the earth offers a cave

To the Unapproachable one!

Angels, with shepherds, gloryify Him!

The wise men journey with the star!

Since for our sake the eternal God

Was born as a little child!"

- Kontakion of the Feast (Tone 3)

ZK008 Altar Cross (approx. dimensions: 5 1/2" x 8 2/3")

Holy Thursday - A Prayer of Thanksgiving

"May thy holy Body, O Lord Jesus Christ our God, be unto me for life eternal, and thy precious Blood unto remission of my sins. May this Eucharist be unto me for joy, health, and gladness; and at thy dread Second Coming make me, a sinner, worthy to stand at the right hand of thy glory: through the intercessions of thine all-immaculate Mother and of all thy Saints. Amen"
